Orientational control of anisotropic plasmonic nanoparticles is an attractive proposition to generate dynamic responses. Particularly, the use light as a stimulus modulate orientation extremely useful owing its spatiotemporal operative ability. This work showcases light-mediated approach tune orientational features gold nanorods in DNA-engineered hydrogel materials.
